1. Getting Started

- Start by clearing the missions on Earth, and aim to unlock Venus, Mercury, and then Mars. Each new planet introduces different enemies, resources, and mission types.
b. Collecting Resources
- As you progress, you'll need to gather resources like Ferrite, Nano Spores, and Neural Sensors. These are critical for crafting Warframes, weapons, and gear.
- Different planets provide different resources. For example:
- Ferrite: Common on Earth and Mercury.
- Rubedo: Found on Earth, Mars, Phobos, and Europa.
4. Tactics & Combat
a. Weapon Choices
- Warframe features three weapon types:
- Primary Weapon: Rifles, shotguns, or bows (e.g., Braton, Strun).
- Secondary Weapon: Pistols and throwing weapons (e.g., Lato, Kunai).
- Melee Weapon: Swords, hammers, whips, etc. (e.g., Skana, Galatine).

b. Modding

- This quest introduces the Infested enemy faction and gives you access to a powerful weapon, the Heat Sword.

6. Joining a Clan
- Early in the game, it’s helpful to join a Clan. Being in a clan gives you access to clan-exclusive blueprints, research, and a Dojo, where you can trade with other players.
- Clans are also a great way to team up for tougher missions like Fissure or Sortie missions.
7. Focus on Warframe Mastery
a. Mastery Rank
- Every time you level up a weapon or Warframe to max level (Rank 30), you gain Mastery Points, which contribute to your Mastery Rank.
- Mastery Rank unlocks more powerful weapons and allows you to access advanced content.
- Always have weapons and gear leveling up to ensure consistent Mastery progression.
b. Unlocking More Warframes
- Farming Warframes: You can farm different bosses for parts of new Warframes.
- For example, farming Phobos Junction will allow you to get the Rhino Warframe blueprint.
- Bosses drop Warframe parts, which can be built in the Foundry.
- Popular early Warframes include:
- Rhino (Tanky and deals heavy damage).
- Frost (Specializes in defense and ice abilities).
- Nova (Utility and crowd control).
8. Mid-Game Goals
a. The Second Dream (Key Quest)
- The Second Dream is a major story quest that introduces you to the Operator and the deeper lore of Warframe. It significantly changes how you view the game, so progressing toward this quest is crucial.
- You must unlock a series of quests and junctions, including the Jupiter junction, to begin The Second Dream.
b. Farming Prime Warframes & Weapons
- Once you’re comfortable with the game’s systems, start farming Prime parts. Prime Warframes and weapons are more powerful versions of existing equipment, and they can be farmed through Void Relic missions.
- Participate in Void Fissure missions to open relics and get Prime parts.
9. Advanced Endgame Content
a. Sortie Missions
- Sorties are daily high-level missions that reward powerful gear and unique rewards. They feature tougher enemies and special modifiers, so you’ll need strong equipment and good teamwork.
- Completing a Sortie gives you a chance to earn rare items like Forma, Riven Mods, or Kuva (used for upgrading Riven Mods).
b. The War Within Quest
- After completing The Second Dream, you can embark on The War Within. This quest further expands the lore of the Tenno and unlocks the ability to enhance your Operator with special abilities.
10. Final Tips
- Resource Management: Always be collecting resources. Some items have very specific drop locations, so use the Codex or Wiki for help.
- Stay Mobile: Warframe's combat is fluid. Use parkour and movement to stay mobile and avoid damage.
